18.06.2022 by the State Asset Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to the requirements of the "Roadmap for the secondary public offering of JSC "Dori-Darmon" shares" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the number 02/1-64, in the established order, one lot of 51 percent - 34.9 percent of unallocated shares and 16.1 percent of the state share of JSC "Dori-Darmon" - pre-sale procedure is underway.
