Charter of the Audit Commission
By the decision of the regular annual general meeting of shareholders of JSC "Dori-Darmon" dated June 29, 2022, the work of the Audit Commission was terminated and the document "Regulations on the Audit Commission of JSC "Dori-Darmon" is considered invalid.
