Progress of company
- An extensive structure of pharmacy organizations was established, providing all regions of the republic with quality pharmaceutical products at affordable prices on a continuous basis. As of April 1, 2022, the number of pharmacies and branches in all regions is 2,061 retail outlets, 64% of which are located in rural areas, which contributes to the state policy on the guaranteed provision of the necessary range of vital medicines.
- In 2004, “Dori Darmon Invest” LLC was organized, specializing in research of the pharmaceutical market of Uzbekistan, providing services for the registration of medicines for manufacturers who do not have their offices in the country.
- In 2005 an order was signed on the establishment of “Dori-Darmon Garant” LLC, with a customs warehouse with a total area of 2000 square meters, which provides modern storage service for imported medicines and medical devices. In 2012, for the first time in Uzbekistan was implemented a large-scale project of the concept “Smart warehouse”, which uses automated storage and logistics systems.
- In 2007 “Dori Darmon HCP” LLC was established, represented in Uzbekistan under the brand name “Elysee Parfumerie”. The main activity is the retail sale of luxury cosmetics and perfumes.
- In 2010, 14 “mobile pharmacies” based on ISUZU vehicles were organized in accordance with the action plan of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “Regarding implementation of measures to provide the population and medical and preventive institutions with quality medicines”. In 2014, 50 additional mobile pharmacies were created on the basis of Chevrolet Damas. To date, 119 “mobile pharmacies” are in operation.
- In 2010 in Samarkand, in order to implement a project to organize the production of injectable drugs in accordance with international standards of GMP, the company “InegtraDD” LLC was established. The total area of the plant with developed infrastructure is 11,200.0 sq.m.
- In 2010, implemented the program M-Pharmacy Plus, which allows to optimize the process of selling goods, managing inventory, as well as effectively carry out operational and analytical control.
- In 2011, “DD General Insurance” JSC was founded, the main task of which is to provide reliable insurance protection of property interests of legal entities and individuals. Today the company has its own solid customer base of numerous types of voluntary insurance. At the end of 2021 rating agency “Standard and Sensitive Ratings” assigned to the company solvency and reliability rating according to the national scale “uzA++” (the highest) with the “Stable” outlook which means that the company has an outstanding ability to fulfill its obligations and claims of policy holders in time and in full. In the future it is planned to develop the direction of compulsory health insurance.
- In 2013, a central warehouse meeting the standards of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) with a total area of 6500m2 was built.
- In 2013, a production line was commissioned at “InegtraDD” LLC to produce more than 60.0 million ampoules per year in accordance with international standards (GMP) in Samarkand. In 2021, for the financial recovery of the company, 51% of “Integra DD” LLC were sold for 2 million USD to Bulgarian investors - the company “Mandzhukov Pharma”.
- In 2013, “Dori-Darmon” JSC logistics center was built in Syrdarya region with a total area of 4,740.37 square meters, equipped with the latest equipment for storage, transportation and loading of medicines.
- In 2014, a modern conveyor system “SCHAFER” was launched fully integrated under the software complex “Lead WMS”, providing control, optimization and planning of all warehouse processes in an automated mode.
- 24-hour multi-channel information line “Dori-Darmon” JSC – 1002 was launched, which provides the public with information about medicines, medical products and parapharmaceutical products, available in the capital's retail network of the company.
